Online Course: UPC Mock Trial

The Unified Patent Court (UPC) began its existence as an international organisation on 19 February 2022. It is expected that the court will be fully operational from May 2023 on.

In order for you to be prepared for the proceedings before the UPC, we have set up this online course. First you will first get the essentials on the UPC before our two leading legal practitioners will discuss tactical and strategic UPC considerations with you. The highlight of this course is the UPC Mock Trial where they will be joined by Dr Matthias Zigann as UPC judge.
