Land Registration and Cadastre in selected European Countries

Publication dealing with property rights in the new Member States of the EU and Candidate Countries within the series of CLC publications. It is based on the results of the comparative study "Review and Analysis of Real Property Registration and Cadastre Systems in Eastern and South-Eastern Europe" commissioned by the World Bank within the Austrian Trust Funds, and intends to give an overview on the land registrtaion and cadastre systems of selected old and new EU Member States and South Easterns European Countries, thereby outlining their strenghths and weaknesses.

Dr. Daniela Jetzinger Horner and Dipl. Ing. Stevan Marosan analized the legal situation and statutory regulations in place in the Republic of Serbia in respect of land registration and cadastre, giving also an outline of the constitutional framework.
